The Lakes at NorthRiver

The Lakes is a residential community, owned by The Westervelt Company, located on Lake Tuscaloosa.  A beautiful community, it had strong competition from other developments in town which were planned communities with small lots and densely populated but closer to town and more convenient to shopping and dining.

 

We developed a campaign to counter the advantages of the competition by emphasizing  the appeal of living on the lake yet just a short “scenic” drive to and from home.  We also emphasized the estate-sized lots which created a home that is quiet, peaceful, spacious and private. The visuals captured the beauty and desirability of a lake front community. Paradise Found!
