Barton Clay is a high-end jewelry store in Birmingham. A family-owned business, it is located in an upper-income residential area. It has serious competition from an older, upper income jeweler with a very strong brand. We wanted to stand out in the market place with emotional ads in promotion of diamonds. The ads were large format print ads placed in lifestyle magazines that catered to our target audience. The ads featured powerful headlines with limited copy to enhance the brand.
